Valuations

As part of the mortgage process, it is often necessary to carry out valuations of properties for our clients. We are approved Valuer's for a number of prominent money lenders. At the request of the client's money lenders we attend properties and carry out a conditional survey of the property. In turn we produce a valuation report stating any issues which may exist with the property, its current market value and estimated rebuild costs.
