Fire Certifications

At PDS we present all our clients with a full array of specialist services which includes the provision of Fire Safety Certificates – FSC. We have provided fire safety consultancy services and have been issuing fire certificates for more than 8 years for a variety of project types. Our staff have been involved in the construction of an assortment of buildings both large and small which includes commercial and retail developments, apartment developments, industrial buildings, nursing homes, hospitals, colleges, hospitality venues such as hotels and licensed premises.

PDS have in recent times developed fire safety strategies, for the building of new homes and also the upgrading of some existing buildings. We would always liaise with the local Fire Authority plus our design team members and our customers to ensure delivery of the most economic and fire safety compliance results.
