Building Surveys

Whether it's a second hand or new property, it is vitally important to have a building or structure checked in terms of any structural or weather proofing as our building surveys are carried out based on a visual inspection. Any items of work which require rectification will have a value put against them and this should be taken in to account by the client with regard their purchase costs.
